Weekday orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. We offer 2-3 day shipping at Checkout from trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS and DHL for international orders. Filing an online claim with the shipping provider will render the best results to start an investigation and recover lost funds. We can submit a shipping claim on your behalf 10-20 business days after your order has shipped. A refund or replacement item(s) will be reshipped within 2-7 business days of your claim submission.
