Return Policy

You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

Refund Options 

Evolving Textures’ 30-day money-back policy guarantees an item is eligible for a refund request within 30 days of delivery. You can choose to receive store credit for your return or have the original payment method refunded. Any associated return shipping costs, restocking, or disposal fees will be deducted from the refund amount. 

How to submit a return request:

Click the login or account icon on the right or go to the refund policy at the bottom of our Store page, then request a return. 

  1. Log in or register to your Evolving Textures account:
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Return services may be delayed as a result of COVID-19 safety measures.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Wholesale items
  • Bundle Discounts  

  • Assembled Items

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.

Product Damages or Order Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt of the package. Please contact us immediately if an item is missing, defective, or damaged so we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you immediately. Our ultimate goal is for you to feel you made the right choice coming to us. We will make every effort to ensure you are pleased with your products and the level of support we aim to provide you during our journey together. Although human error does occur during fulfillment from time to time. Our only objective is to evaluate and correct any issues with your order and get you what you need expeditiously. 

  1. Please select which item(s) and how many are missing, defective, or damaged from your order.
  2. Please submit 1-2 photos of the packing slip attached to the inside of your package and the ordered items in your package.
