Due to current circumstances, some shipments may arrive later than expected. We apologize for any delays and appreciate your patience at this time. Our carriers, such as USPS, UPS and DHL, may have more specific updates.

Hours of Operation

Orders processed Monday-Friday are shipped 24-48 hours from the date of receipt.  

Domestic Shipping Options

  • USPS Priority Mail: delivery averages 1-3 business days
  • USPS First Class Package: delivery averages 1-3 business days for lightweight packages, Does Not Include Insurance.
  • USPS Parcel Select Ground: delivery averages 2-8 business days, Does Not Include Insurance.
  • UPS Ground: delivery averages 1-5 business days
  • UPS 3 Day Select: delivery averages 1-5 business days (including Saturday)

International Shipping Options

  • UPS Standard: U.S. to Canada most cost effective option, delivery averages 2-9 days in the 48 contiguous states
  • UPS Worldwide Saver: International Shipping delivery averages 1-3 business day for Afternoon Deliveries
  • DHL Express: Worldwide International delivery averages 1-6 business days

1) Where is my tracking number?

After your purchase, you will receive an email or text receipt with your order number. Please use a valid email address or phone when placing your order. All order notifications, such as a tracking number, will be sent via email or text. 

Once your order is completed with processing, you will receive an email from us and another email with a tracking number. To track your package accurately, visit USPS.com or UPS.com for updates and sign up for FREE automated shipping updates! Also, be sure to check your bulk, junk, or spam emails for notifications.

Item Never Arrived (Lost in Transit)

Can't Find Your Package?

Missing packages can be stressful, but not to worry! Most items turn up for our customers within six days. Here are some things to try:

1) Check that your shipping address is correct.

Let's make sure we shipped to the right place. Current shipping addresses are listed under “Deliver To:” on the My Orders page.

2) Check around your home or building, or with neighbors.

Boxes may have been left at backdoors, hidden behind bushes, or at the address next door.

3) Give it six days.

Sometimes carriers incorrectly scan packages that are still in transit. That means that your package could be marked as “Delivered” even though it’s still on its way to you. We completely understand the frustration! But your package is likely to show up within six days of a false scan

4) Check your mailbox or anywhere else you receive mail.

Carriers deliver differently, especially if the package is small enough to fit inside your mailbox.

5) Check for a notice of attempted delivery.

This notice will tell you the steps you should take to receive your package.

6) Lost or Stolen Packages

In the event of a lost or stolen package please contact the Shipping Carrier to process a claim. Filing your claim online with the shipping provider will render the best results to start an investigation and recover lost funds. 

Evolving Textures does not cover or recover the loss of funds or products if the package is confirmed as delivered but has not arrived at its final destination.

International Orders Require Customer’s Telephone Number

Orders are automatically cancelled and refunded back to the customer in the event of a missing or incomplete phone number or invalid mailing address. Orders are automatically cancelled if the shipping cost is greater than the total order cost, not including the shipping fee.
